Hard Knocks Auto Repair started with a simple belief: your car deserves the same honesty and care you'd give your own. Located right here in Lago Vista on Bar-K Ranch Road, we've spent over a decade earning the trust of our neighbors — from first-time buyers to seasoned truck owners.
We don't believe in surprise charges or unnecessary repairs. When you bring us your vehicle, we'll tell you what it needs, what can wait, and exactly what it'll cost. No jargon, no pressure — just straightforward automotive repair the way it should be.
In a town where word of mouth travels fast, we've learned that doing the right thing is the only policy that matters.
We don't replace parts on a hunch. Every repair starts with a thorough diagnosis so you only pay for what's actually needed.
The price we quote is the price you pay. If we find something unexpected, we call you first — never before you know.
We use OEM or equivalent parts for every repair, backed by our commitment to get it right the first time.
We know you need your vehicle. Most repairs are completed the same day so you're back on the road sooner.
We let our work speak for itself — but these words from our customers mean a lot.
They told me exactly what was wrong before I even asked. Fair price, no drama, and my truck runs like new. I won't go anywhere else.
After getting scary estimates from two other shops, Hard Knocks gave me an honest assessment and fixed the problem for half the cost. Real professionals.
I've been bringing my vehicles here for years. They remember my name, they remember my car, and they always do the job right the first time.
Whether it's a routine oil change or an engine overhaul, we're here to help — with straight answers and fair pricing, every time.
